QuickBooks Setup and Training:

The initial set up of your QuickBooks software is crucial for organizing your financial files in the most efficient way. We understand that the setup of QuickBooks may be challenging for someone who is not familiar with the general modu operandi of the computer software. QuickBooks Setup Packages:

QuickBooks Package 1:

This Package has been designed for those individuals who would like assistance in installing QuickBooks for rapid and effective use. It includes four hours of onsite consulting. The use of onsite consulting will depend upon your business requirements. Typical startup consulting activities at this level may include the following:

- Set up of the general ledger
- Customized or built up chart of accounts
- Entering opening balances
- Accounts payable (Up to 15 Bills)
- Accounts receivable (up to 15 invoices)
- Customized sales form design (one)
- Sales tax tracking
- One hour of telephone support

QuickBooks Package 2:

This Package was developed for individuals who would like additional expertise in getting their accounting software installed for instantaneous and efficient use. As with any consulting service, the amount of time needed depends on your specific needs. This Package includes 7 hours of onsite consulting, all of the services from the Level 1 Package, plus the folllowing additional services.

- Inventory (up to 15 inventory parts)

- Payroll (calendar year-end, up to 20 employees)

- Monthly binder and checklist

QuickBooks Package 3:

This Package is recommended for companies with three or more QuickBooks users and for business owners who wish to use QuickBooks as a management tool immediately. This service package includes 14 hours of onsite consulting. Onsite consulting needs will vary based on your business. This Package includes all of the services from both 1 and 2 Packages, plus:

The first is the Networking of the company files, very important. An initial Accounting Fitness Report. A second Accounting Fitness Report at your discretion to monitor and gauge progress. Reporting set-up, including balance sheet, P&L by class or job, budget and cash flo.
